However, EFashion Paris services are exclusively reserved for fashion professionals. Your registering information will be scrupulously verified by our team and your account should be activated within 24 hours. Before ordering
Making the right choice :
Packs :
Wholesalers sell their products in their own packaging. Each pack consists of different (color, size, quantity ... you will find this information in the product description). EFashion Paris cannot change wholesaler’s packs.
The minimum order :
Each wholesaler has decided its minimum amount order (it goes between 50 and 200 € ht). If the amount is not reached in a supplier you have chosen, this command cannot be validated.
Prices :
We do not have decision-making power on the wholesale price offer sellers. Wholesalers are free and independent sellers on the configuration of their products. However, we strongly recommend to charge the same price in store to give buyers really feel like buying them from a distance. However, some sellers may consider the use of the site as an extra service. Thus it is possible to observe slight differences in price.

Choose delivery method :
You deliver a one-time order placed with various suppliers :
All carriers combine your orders (except Coliposte). This allows you to pay only a single spawning port. Make a note in the comment field in Step 2 of the order, the date of the consolidation so that no wholesaler lack.
Delivery times :
It takes between one and two days to qu'EFashion Paris and wholesalers can process your order. Add to delivery time depending on the carrier you choose. Regarding Coliposte, delivery is made within 48 hours for France and 5 days for overseas territories and abroad.
The price of delivery :
The price depends on the weight and volume of your order, but also on your location and the carrier you choose. We invite you to contact them for information. You can see the weight on the page of the selected item or when it is in the basket. If you choose Coliposte, postage will appear on the order summary.
Warning: The shipping Coliposte can be very high if you buy the shoe. We recommend shipping by a carrier.
For the characteristics of an item, just click on it. If you need any additional information, you can call the wholesaler that sells that item, or send him an email. No one knows its products better that the wholesaler! You can find this information on the top of the page of the wholesaler and in all of its product pages.

With EFashion Paris you will enjoy the preferential prices from several partner carriers. The prices and delays of every delivery are available in your cart when you click on “calculate shipping costs”. You can also follow your package with the tracking number we’ll send you by email.

The 3-D Secure :
3-D Secure was developed by Visa and MasterCard to reduce the risk of Internet fraud, related to identity theft attempt. It consists to ensure that at each payment online, the card is used by its holder.

In addition to the credit card number, the expiration date of the card and the three digit security code (printed on the back of the card), you must enter an authentication supplement. Waiting for delivery :

Find the invoice :
An order summary is sent to you by email attachment accusing the receipt of your order. Also you will find all the details about your current order by clicking on My Account then My Orders section.
The invoice will be sent the products to your order. They are directly produced by the wholesaler.
If you use Coliposte you find the shipping invoice in PDF format in the "My Account" then "My Orders"
You do not receive acknowledgment of your order :
Once you confirm your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of it.
It may happen that this email is in your SPAM, in this case simply allow support@efashion-paris.com address.
To ensure that your order has been recorded, you can check order history in the "My Account" or contact us by phone or email.
The command is still not received :
If it is Coliposte delivery, you can track your shipment online with the number that was sent to you by email or contact us so we reported the incident to the Post Office.
If it is delivered by the carrier of your choice please contact them directly.
Cancel a pending order : Orders placed and paid are final.

An item is defective or does not match the reference ordered :
You have 3 days to manifest at near wholesale. The return of the articles in question will at its expense and the carrier of his choice. It has a period of 8 days to return new items, refund or issue a credit.
The package is damaged :
Upon delivery of the order, you are responsible for checking the condition of the package. In case of fault on the parcel (damaged package, open, ...), you must refuse delivery immediately by issuing an anomaly.
A refund :
The amount due is credited to your account directly within 48 hours.
