Who has access to your personal data?

Your data is used exclusively by EFashion Paris. We do not transfer, trade or sell your data for marketing purposes to parties outside of EFashion Paris. Data transferred to third parties will only be used for the purposes of dispensing our services, such as wholesalers from whom you have placed an order.

What are the legal conditions for data processing?

For each specific treatment of personal data that we collect from you, we will tell you whether the provision of personal data is legally binding or necessary to conclude a contract and if it is an obligation to provide personal data and what are the possible consequences if you choose not to communicate them.

What are your rights?

Right of access:

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you. You can contact EFashion Paris and we will send you your personal data by email.

When EFashion Paris processes your personal data by automated means according to your consent or agreement, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party in a structured and current format. This only concerns the personal data that you have transmitted to us.

You have the right to request the correction of your personal data if they are inaccurate and you can also complete your personal data if it’s incomplete.

• You have an ongoing business with Customer Service

• You have an order in progress that has not yet been delivered or has been partially delivered

• You have debts with EFashion Paris

• If you have made a purchase, we will keep your personal data linked with your transaction for accounting purposes

Your right to object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest:

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest of EFashion Paris. We will not use your personal information unless we prove the use of your data that supersedes your interest and rights or for legal reasons.

Your right to object to direct marketing:

You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profile analysis for marketing purposes.

Right of restriction:

You have the right to request that EFashion Paris limit the use of your personal data in the following circumstances:

• If you object to the processing of your data on the basis of a legitimate interest of EFashion Paris, EFashion Paris will limit the processing of such data during the verification of the legitimate interest

• If you declare that your personal data is inaccurate, EFashion Paris must limit the processing of these data pending verification of the accuracy of it

• If the treatment is illegal, you have the right to ask for the removal of personal data and request the limitation of the use of it

• If EFashion Paris no longer needs personal data but it is necessary for the defense of a right in court
