You have placed an order with 5 different suppliers? Our groupage service allows you to group your 5 orders at one collection point at EFashion. This saves our/your transporters from having to go to 5 different suppliers. It takes about 48 hours to prepare the order, gather the packages and give them to the carrier. Please note that this option is also available if you decide to use your own carrier.
If you are a French customer, you have the possibility of collecting the parcels yourself from the shop. To do this, you must select the "direct collection from supplier" option and inform the wholesaler of a date for collection. If you are a foreign customer, you will have to fill in a declaration of exit from the territory at the supplier's which will justify the customs clearance of the products and their non-taxation.
Once the order is placed, the suppliers have 48 hours to prepare the order and hand it over to the chosen carrier, or to our driver (if groupage is selected). Once the parcels are taken in charge by the carrier, the delivery in France is generally done within 24h/48h (for DPD and UPS), or 48h/72h (for Colissimo). For shipments to European countries, allow between 48h and 72h. For shipments outside Europe, allow between 48h and one week for the most distant destinations.
Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking of your parcel is visible from your personal space in the "My orders" section. By pressing the "+" to the left of the tracking number, the drop-down menu will show the tracking number. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the carrier's website where you will be able to follow the progress of your parcels in real time. If you are absent, the carriers can reschedule a second delivery attempt on the next working day. After a certain period of time, in case of no-show, the parcel will be sent back to the sender. If you wish to have the parcel sent again, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

Efashion is only for fashion professionals. In order to access the prices and items, you must create an account by providing your proof of activity (with an IVA/EORI number for Union European members) in order to validate your registration immediately. Otherwise, you will have to wait for our service to check the validity of the information provided. For international buyers, a proof of activity only is required. Suppliers are not authorized to sell to individuals. They are subject to strict rules and must declare all invoices issued for accounting and tax purposes. It is the same for professional buyers who must also make their declaration to recover the VAT if needed.
If you don't have an VAT/EORI number yet, we give you the possibility to register on our platform as a "Temporary Buyer" by checking the box "I am creating my business". After this period, you will still be able to connect to your customer account, but your access will be limited. When you place an order, several statuses allow you to follow its progress. During the preparation of the parcels, the wholesalers will update the statuses: Waiting for confirmation : The wholesaler has received your order. He checks the availability of the items. Order confirmed : Your order is ready to be shipped. The wholesaler is waiting for the carrier to pass by. Ready for pickup (Groupage) : The package is ready. One of our drivers will collect the parcel from the wholesaler. Package pickup completed (Groupage) : The parcel has been picked up by our driver. It is now available to the selected carrier. Order shipped : The order has been handed over to the carrier.
In the event of a stock shortage, it is possible to replace the out-of-stock items with other references of your choice. A replacement box is automatically checked when finalizing your order, which means that you want to replace out-of-stock items. You can also already add a comment on this subject that the supplier can consult. If you uncheck it, it means you don't want to replace. Whatever happens, you automatically receive an email notification to inform you of out-of-stock items, you can reply to the email specifying the new desired references. It is possible to replace by references of the same price, or lower price (if the price is lower, the refund of the difference will be made thereafter). However, it is not possible to replace with a higher price.
In case of stock shortage, Efashion commits itself to reimburse you the goods by recalculating your shipping costs (if needed) in order to deduct this amount from your initial payment if it was made by credit card within the 72h. If you have paid by bank transfer, your bank details will be requested in order to reimburse you the amount due.
You can find the invoices for your orders in your customer area, in "My orders". Invoices for shipping costs are issued independently and can also be found in "My Orders".
Products are not reserved until your order has been paid for. Even when added to your shopping cart, their availability may vary. In case of stock shortage, they will be automatically deleted.
