General Conditions of Use and Sale

1. Purpose of the efashion-paris.com website

Easy Line works with fashion professionals and aims to bring together wholesalers (hereinafter, the "Wholesalers-Sellers") and ready-to-wear retailers (hereinafter, the "Retailers-Buyers”).

Through its website www.efashion-paris.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), the company Easy Line offers:

• Wholesalers-Sellers of men's, women's and children's ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes and fashion accessories, who have previously signed an intermediation contract with Easy Line, the possibility of exhibiting and selling on the Site their articles (hereinafter, the “Articles”);
• Retailers-Buyers who have previously created a buyer's account on the Site, the possibility of buying directly on the Site the Items offered by the Wholesalers-Sellers.

It is expressly reminded that Easy Line only acts as an intermediary and is in no way a reseller of the Articles and does not become, at any time, the owner of the Articles.

2. Object and scope of the present

These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are intended to inform Retailers-Buyers of the terms and conditions under which Wholesalers-Sellers sell Items on the Site and deliver the Items ordered (Hereafter, the “General Conditions”).

Any professional wholesaler wishing to sell their Items on the Site must first contact Easy Line. These General Conditions are not intended to govern the relationship between Easy Line and the Wholesalers-Sellers.

The General Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of the Items offered on the Site. Consequently, the fact for the Retailer-Buyer to order an Item offered for sale on the Site entails full acceptance of the General Conditions.

The term user refers to any person browsing the Site, whether Retailers-Buyers, Wholesalers-Sellers or any other Internet user visiting the pages of the Site accessible to the public (hereinafter, "Users").

3. Purchasing Items on the Site

Access to the buyer's account is exclusively reserved for fashion/home/lifestyle professionals who are legally capable of entering into contracts under French law. Opening an account is free and without obligation to purchase on the Site. Easy Line reserves the right to refuse anyone who does not meet the admission criteria.

3.1. Registration on the Retailers-Buyers Site

In order to access the functionalities of the Site, the Retailer-Buyer must register on the Site via the "Become a buyer" icon appearing at the top right of the Site's home page.

• Company Name
• Intra-community VAT number valid on VIES or Siret number valid on Avis Situation Sirene
• KBIS (only for French customers)
• Email
• Password
• First and last name of primary contact
• Delivery and billing address
• Business areas
• Phone number

Once the registration request is sent, Easy Line verifies the conformity of the information and validates or rejects the registration request. Additional steps may involve confirmation emails, account activation, and obligations for secure use of the account.

3.2. Management and use of the account by the Retailer-Buyer

Once registered, each Retailer-Buyer has access to a private space to consult and modify personal information and place online orders via the "my account" and "my basket" tabs.

3.3. Ordering on the Site

The procedure for placing orders includes:

1. Select Articles and add to basket.
2. Confirm quantities and continue shopping or finalize the order.
3. Enter delivery and billing address, choose delivery method.
4. Review and validate the order, accept General Conditions.
5. Provide payment information.
6. Finalize order, receive order summary via email and in "My Account".

3.3.1. Item Availability

Offers are valid while visible on the Site and within stock limits. Easy Line is not responsible for unavailability and will notify the Retailer-Buyer, offering reimbursement or replacement where possible.

3.3.2. Delivery

Delivery can only be made after order validation and payment receipt. Available delivery methods include:

• Easy Line-organized transport (UPS, DPD, Colissimo, OCX, GPX).
• Retailer-Buyer-organized transport.
• Personal collection from Wholesaler-Seller.

3.3.3. Complaint with defect / return

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Procedures include reporting damaged packages, damaged Items, missing Items, and responsibilities for Retailer-Buyer errors.

3.3.4. Returns / complaint without defect

Professional buyers do not have legal withdrawal rights, but Easy Line accepts returns under certain conditions (within 7 days, proper packaging, new condition, full pack).

3.3.5. Item Prices

Prices are in euros, excluding taxes and delivery. Delivery costs depend on weight, size, destination, and shipping method. Prices are non-negotiable.

3.3.6. Payment terms

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or HERO financing. Easy Line uses secure payment tools and reserves rights to suspend or cancel orders in case of non-payment or fraud.

3.3.7. Evidence

Data kept in Easy Line's system has probative value and is admissible as evidence.

4. Personal data

Easy Line collects personal data in compliance with French law and CNIL declaration n°151976, for account management, order processing, marketing, and statistics.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property laws. Hyperlinks, trademarks, logos, and site content may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Liability

Easy Line acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for stock-outs, defective Items, or Wholesalers-Sellers' compliance. Users are responsible for their internet access and use of the Site.

7. General

Easy Line may modify these General Conditions. The applicable law is French law, and disputes fall under the French courts.
